Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to assist.
Eligibility:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To qualify, products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Books or magazines
- Certain medical, health, and personal care items
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), including gas masks, filters, and hazmat suits (non-refundable due to safety standards)
Important:
Do not send items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by our team.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, based on product condition and inspection.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An error on our part

For international returns, clearly label the package as “RETURN.”
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping Costs:
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
Refund Eligibility:
- Only regular-priced items are refundable
- Sale items are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy
- Orders over $200 are subject to a 2.9% cancellation fee
- This covers non-refundable transaction fees charged by Shopify (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same product.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
If the gift was not marked or was shipped to the purchaser first:
- The refund will be issued to the original buyer
