Thank you for shopping with SurvivalMax. We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs—whether you prefer cost-effective delivery or faster shipping. Please review the details below.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you will be able to choose from the following shipping methods:

  • Small Packet Air – Our most economical option. Please note: this option does not include tracking and delivery times may be longer.
  • Tracked Packet – Includes tracking for better visibility of your shipment.
  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery with tracking included.
  • Priority Shipping – Our fastest shipping option, ideal for urgent orders, with full tracking support.

Important Notice:
Due to higher-than-normal order volumes, orders may experience a 5–7 day processing delay. For the fastest dispatch, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping.

Shipping Carriers

SurvivalMax primarily ships through trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post
  • USPS
  • Other national postal services based on destination

Carrier selection may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and delivery location.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally to many countries.

However, certain items cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations, including:

  • Lithium batteries
  • Matches
  • Certain personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Hunting tools and related gear

Important:
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import rules. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order, as restrictions may change.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $200 USD
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $30 USD for orders under $100 USD

Canada

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $100 CAD (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON)
  • FREE Shipping on orders over $350 CAD (NWT, YT, NU, QC, NL, Maritimes)
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $45 CAD for orders between $100–$350 CAD to NWT, YT, NU, QC, NL, and the Maritimes

Faster Shipping Options:
Express and Priority shipping are available at additional cost based on package size and weight.

Import Fees & Taxes

  • United States: No additional duties or import taxes
  • International Orders (outside the USA): Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

All international shipments (excluding the USA) must be trackable.

For bulk international orders, shipping discounts may be available.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping and tracking details (if applicable)

If you do not see these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If your package shows “Delivered” but is not received:

  • Wait 1–2 business days (some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off)
  • Check with your local post office
