Keep your Silky PocketBoy 170 Outback running like new with this factory replacement blade. Featuring Silky's legendary impulse-hardened, taper-ground teeth and a black nickel/tin coating for stealth and longevity, this blade will go through limbs, branches, and bushcraft tasks like a hot knife through butter. Made in Japan by Silky — the gold standard of pruning saws.
Compatible Saw: Silky PocketBoy 170mm Outback Edition only
Part #: 751-17
What "Outback Edition" Means: The Outback Edition was designed for outdoor pros and bushcrafters. The black coating is the standout feature — it eliminates the reflective glint that scares off game and gives away your position. Combined with medium-tooth aggressiveness, it's the perfect balance for cutting green wood, branches, and small logs in the field.
Cuts Through: ✅ Live branches & limbs (up to 4-5" diameter) ✅ Saplings & small trees ✅ Bushcraft prep (notches, batoning prep, shelter poles) ✅ Trail clearing ✅ Camp firewood (small logs) ✅ Pruning fruit trees & ornamentals
Why Replace, Not Replace? Silky's blade-replacement philosophy is what makes their saws so legendary — when a blade dulls or breaks, you don't buy a new saw. Just swap the blade. It's eco-friendly, cost-effective, and means your favorite handle keeps cutting forever.
Compatibility: ✅ Silky PocketBoy 170mm Outback Edition (handle sold separately) ❌ NOT compatible with PocketBoy 130mm ❌ NOT compatible with non-Outback PocketBoy 170mm (different tooth pattern) ❌ NOT compatible with other Silky models (GomBoy, BigBoy, etc.)
